We recommend gently rinsing your ears with water, but please avoid using cotton buds or other objects, as these can push wax further into the ear canal. If you have concerns about ear wax, let us know beforehand—our team can safely and comfortably remove it to ensure your hearing test is precise and effective.
Do I Need to Bring Anything to My Appointment?
You don’t need to bring anything specific to your hearing test. Many of our patients, however, find it helpful to bring a friend or family member for support. Having someone with you can provide reassurance, and they may also think of questions or observations you hadn’t considered, helping you get the most from your appointment.
